i got a piece of mail today from St. Matthew's Churches. They sent me a Jesus Prayer Rug and told me if i keep it under my bed overnight and then send it back, with a donation OF COURSE, my prayers will be answered. oh yeah, i have to stare at the picture of Jesus until his eyes open first. uh huh. and they sent a sealed prophecy for me to read too. the prophecy was from the Book of Josh. now, i've read the Bible. i've read the apocryphal texts too. i don't remember a Book of Josh. is there a Book of Drake too?

after ikea i went to not your average joes. house salad--add salmon and avocado, 86 the cheese. comes out looking like a pizza. F-. comes back out with no cheese but no avocado. F - -. comes out the third time with 2 little slices of avacado. F - - -. since eventually it was the right thing:

and then we had ice cream...

so we go over to Peaceful Meadows dairy farm (diesel) and i order a small butter crunch, a sundae with everything on it, and a nice cran-razz sherbert for myself. the chick at the window writes down the order and goes to fill it. she brings the sundae first, my husband is happy. she brings the sherbert, i'm happy. she says "have a nice day". i say, "still need the small butter crunch" becuase my stepkid is looking dejected. window chick says "huh?" i say "look at your list, what's the first thing on it?" she says "ooooohhhhh sooooooooooooorrrry." duh.

this gets an:

ikea angst

i go to check out at ikea yesterday in the self serve isle. one of the "associates" there is using the metal shelf to the left (where you're supposed to put your sh*t) as a seat. i say "excuse me," to which she replies, "oh, do you want me to move?" @sswipe. then she points out the large sign that says "credit or debit only," and says "you know this is credit or debit only, right" and i said "yes. i can read." normally i'm not that much of an aise but she deserved it. plus i was getting borderline F- service from a lot of people yesterday. due to her lazyness and "un-ikealike" attitude, she gets:

i was having dinner friday night that came with whipped potatoes. i asked for asparagus instead. i know asparagus is more expensive than potatoes, but as a side item they were both $3.50 (an F- on its own). the waitress said "i can't so that." i said, "why not, they're the same price." "let me check." in the end, i got my asparagus, so this just gets a:
